When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 14-day returns policy. Items must be unused, with all tags attached and a completed returns form.
How do international returns work?
Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving your return and are issued to the original payment method.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Items showing signs of wear, including aftershave, makeup, body odour or cigarette smoke, cannot be accepted.
